I know I have been absent from this beloved blog for a few weeks and I promise that I will be posting a new update this weekend.

Steve, I'm just checking out your blog. Liked the before and after photos of your family, I really noticed the change in your son. What a wonderful example you are setting for him, as a family,and for others. Now where is the next promised post?
